Headstart Project works with over 300 small businesses and agencies in the Luton area and is now looking to recruit some key people to deliver quality practical help to assist new and growing small businesses. The project which is run on a non profit basis is funded by European Union (ERDF, ESF), Arts Council England East and Luton Borough Council.

The Project is Managed by Integria Limited who are delivering a number of projects in England as well as developing further projects in the East of England Region.
