Donate to Headstart who work with over 700 Creative people

Headstart was conceived in late 2003 as a project that would give business and techincal support to emerging and young creative businesses. Following a successful pilot programme that ran through most of 2004, the project received grants from the European Regional Development Fund, Arts Council England, East & Luton Borough Council and formally began in Jan 2005.

Integria Limited, a company that specialises in Project Management and supporting creative businesses were formally appointed to run the project to its conclusion at the end of 2006.

Today the project has over 700 registered members and has an additional mailing list of over 800 who maintain and support the project. The project is managed by Integria Limited on behalf of Luton Cultural Services Trust.

The project still continues today with small pots of funding from various funders and is always looking for further opportunities to develop.

If you'd like to make a donation then please use the link below. Our aim for donations is to use this money to help benefit the wider needs of the project which could include buying/upgrading equipment or running a project/training scheme. We'd welcome any suggestions you have.

Headstart Creative News is a quarterly publication which started in September 2005. It's currently distributed to registered members of Headstart by post and kept in venues in Luton. An online version is also kept on our website with archives to previous issues.

A special edition of this publication is scheduled for release in late March 2009 which will have a new 'brand' and we'd like our readers to participate by supplying us with news, stories of their successes over the past few years. This edition will conincide with the 5th anniversary of the hat factory Arts Centre in April 09.

3000 special limited edition copied will be printed and will be distributed around key locations in Bedfordshire and surrounding areas. If you have a business and want to advertise your services in this special limited edition publication then we're offering special rates on full colour ads in this magazine.
